2026 Photography Sessions

Thank you for considering Angela Sheehan Photography for your 2026 session. Below you’ll find my updated offerings and rates for the year. If you don’t see the exact service you’re looking for, feel free to reach out—custom sessions are always welcome. Pricing is subject to change at any time.

Unless noted otherwise (Newborn, Small Events, and Wedding Collections), your session fee is due in full on the day of your shoot. Session fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date in the event of illness or inclement weather, pending availability. Sessions include the photographer’s time, creative expertise, and a gallery of professionally edited images. Prints and products are not included but may be purchased separately through my online store.

Please note: props are the responsibility of the client except for Studio Newborn Sessions. Some locations may require permits or usage fees—these are the client’s responsibility.

I reserve the right to share sneak peeks from each session on my website, blog, and social media.

General Portrait Sessions

Up to 30 minutes at one outdoor location of your choice within roughly 20 miles of Clifton Park, weather permitting. Includes all edited, high-resolution images delivered via a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos. Retouching is available for up to 10 images.

For locations beyond the 20-mile radius, the Signature Session is recommended.
Up to 90 minutes at an outdoor location of your choice within the Capital Region, weather permitting. This extended session allows for multiple groupings, poses, and a wider variety of images. Includes all edited, high-resolution photos delivered in a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images. Retouching is available for up to 25 images.
Digital download, with a USB drive available upon request at no additional cost.

Senior Portrait Sessions – High School + College

30 minutes at one outdoor location of your choice within roughly 20 miles of Clifton Park, weather permitting. Includes all edited, high-resolution images delivered via a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos. Unlimited outfits as time allows. Retouching is available for up to 10 images.

Up to 60 minutes at one outdoor location of your choice within the Capital Region, weather permitting. This session allows for a wider variety of outfits and looks while maintaining a single location. Includes all edited, high-resolution images delivered in a private online gallery. Unlimited outfits as time allows. Retouching is available for up to 15 images.

Up to 90 minutes at two nearby outdoor locations of your choice within the Capital Region, weather permitting. This extended session offers the most variety in settings, compositions, and overall creative direction. Includes all edited, high-resolution images delivered via a private online gallery. Unlimited outfits as time allows. Retouching is available for up to 25 images.

Up to 45 minutes at an outdoor location of your choice within the Capital Region, weather permitting. This session is designed specifically for graduating college students and focuses on classic cap-and-gown portraits along with celebratory images. Includes all edited, high-resolution photos delivered via a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images. Retouching is available for up to 10 images.

Add dramatic, studio-lit sports portraits to any Senior Session. This add-on includes a separate appointment (if necessary) featuring custom lighting and a bold, athletic look. The photographer will coordinate a second date/time once added to your Senior Session booking.
A classic studio headshot created in the photographer’s home studio, perfect for school formal yearbook submissions. Scheduled as a short, separate appointment after booking your Senior Session.

Prom Sessions

Up to 90 minutes at location of your choice within the Capital Region, weather permitting. This session is ideal for individuals, couples, or small groups. The most cost-effective option for prom couples is to gather additional friends to join the session and share the experience together.
Includes all edited, high-resolution images delivered in a private online gallery within 24 hrs of the event where you can view, download, and share your photos. Retouching is available for up to 10 images.

Athlete Highlight Sessions

This session is designed to showcase athletes in a dynamic, dramatic style, combining action shots with posed portraits for a well-rounded athletic portfolio. Custom lighting setups and a mix of sports gear, uniforms, or props are encouraged to highlight personality and performance.

Milestone + Cake Smash Session

Wedding Collections

Wedding packages are fully customized to fit the vision, timeline, and unique details of your special day. Every celebration is different, and I work directly with each couple to build a collection that reflects exactly what you need.
My minimum wedding coverage begins at $3,500 for 5 hours, which includes all edited, high-resolution images delivered through a private online gallery for viewing, downloading, and sharing. Additional coverage may be added at $500 per hour to ensure every moment is beautifully documented.

Small Event + Micro Wedding Coverage

Small events are photographed with a candid, documentary approach to capture the meaningful moments, details, and interactions that make your celebration special. This coverage is ideal for birthday parties, showers, baptisms, retirements, anniversaries, and micro weddings with fewer guests and a shorter timeline.
Coverage is $400 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, and includes all edited, high-resolution images delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos. Additional hours may be added as needed.
If your event is intimate but still requires thoughtful storytelling—such as a backyard ceremony or courthouse micro wedding—this option provides a perfect balance without committing to a full wedding collection.

Corporate Events

Corporate events are photographed with a polished, storytelling-focused approach designed to elevate your brand and document the key moments of your gathering. Coverage includes a mix of candid event imagery, leadership and team interactions, speaker presentations, award ceremonies, vendor displays, and detail shots that help capture the full atmosphere and purpose of your event.
This service is ideal for conferences, trainings, networking events, company celebrations, ribbon cuttings, appreciation events, and branded corporate functions. All edited, high-resolution images are delivered through a private online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing across your organization. Retouching is available for select images intended for marketing, press releases, executive use, or corporate communications.
Additional services—such as on-site headshots, group portraits, or extended coverage—can be added to support the needs of your event and team.
